An existing one-story bungalow-style house was demolished in large part except for the existing foundation for this project. Additional foundations were added to expand the house and a new second story was added as well.
The expansion was proposed beyond the town’s zoning ordinance and a variance process was required. We represented the client for the town’s Zoning Board of Appeal and successfully attained the necessary variance for the horizontal expansion.
