This high-end 101-unit housing development is designed for professionals in the film industry. The residences are located in the diverse and vibrant neighborhood of Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside, offering a blend of technology, sustainability, and comfort. The design takes into account the unique cultural dynamics of the film industry and its people.

Neo-Classical Architecture: The building features a neo-classical design, with a warm brown clay brick façade and architectural cast stone details around the windows. The scale and rhythm of the streetscape are enhanced by the rich yet restrained architectural details.

Sustainable & High-Tech Living: The design of these dwellings places a strong emphasis on sustainability and high-tech features, including state-of-the-art systems that ensure optimal indoor air quality.
