We are excited to announce the approval of a new 2-story mercantile building project. With seating for over 200 people, the rooftop features extended open spaces for a variety of uses. The ground floor boasts spacious shops with 2-story high ceilings and mezzanine levels. To add to the building’s grandeur, custom profiled curtain wall mullions have been incorporated into the design, adding rhythm and enhancing the monumentality of the storefront. The project is now ready to enter the bidding stage.
