Corona Avenue Update

Roofing-Queens

The Corona project which began back in 2014, is now complete.

The site, a former Mobile Gas Station, was originally had gone into a sales contract by our client in 2014 but an environmental problem prevented the sales until August of 2016. The project proposes (7) 3-family townhouses with (3) distinctive zoning lots due to the original trapezoid-shaped lot. The building exterior is planned as brick/CMU composite walls which are accentuated by architectural cast stone elements. The facade employs newly adopted zoning criteria where the building’s front facade plays measured and rhythmic undulations which helps to enhance the overwhelming scale of the front facade in relation to its neighbors.
