We are thrilled to be concluding a house addition project in Russell Gardens, NY. Our objective is to preserve the charming colonial facade while seamlessly integrating a new addition. To maintain its historical appeal, we plan to refurbish the front portico and install new windows with accentuated trims. To enhance the aesthetic, we have proposed adding a charming shed dormer. The new addition will feature elegant brick veneers, in compliance with the village’s design review board requirements. We have meticulously prepared comprehensive presentation materials for the board’s review to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.
