Facade Upgrade for Existing Strip Mall:
The existing four-block-long strip mall required the replacement of the deteriorating roll-up gate enclosures that were individually installed by store owners. Our design solution included a new custom-fabricated aluminum canopy with synthetic decking materials, which provided a visually appealing upgrade to the strip mall’s appearance. The canopy was also integrated with LED RGB strip lighting, creating a dynamic and attractive ambiance. The custom metal work was completed by a reputable architectural metal fabricator based in New York City.
