We completed a comprehensive renovation of an existing supermarket in Williston Park, NY to convert it to the H Mart brand. This involved a full interior demolition, including the installation of new finishes, electrical and HVAC systems, and fixtures and equipment. In addition, we represented the client in obtaining approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of North Hempstead for a special use permit extension and for a ground sign that exceeded the allowed height.
